The FR-1521-Department of Electronics and Communications Engineering Program Outcomes Evaluation Survey.xlsm has been prepared to measure and evaluate the extent to which our graduating students have met the learning outcomes of our department’s undergraduate program. This survey is intended solely for statistical purposes, and your careful completion of it is of great importance in determining the steps to be taken to measure and improve the quality of education provided by our department.
We strongly request that all students enrolled in the EHM9000 – Capstone Project course individually download and complete the survey file accessible via the link above or attached to this message, and email it to ehmprojekomisyonu@yildiz.edu.tr by Friday, June 30, 2026, with the subject line “Your First Name-Last Name – Program Outcomes Evaluation Survey.”with the subject line “Your First Name-Last Name-Program Outcomes Evaluation Survey.”
Please keep the following points in mind when filling out and submitting the survey.
- Be sure to fill out the First Name, Last Name, Student ID, and Date sections at the beginning of the survey file.
- Read each question carefully and answer accordingly.
- Rename the file to include your student ID number, first name, and last name.
- Send the file to the address mentioned above with the email subject line “Your First Name Last Name – Program Outcomes Survey.”
