As of September 28, 2026, the guidelines to follow regarding entry and exit from the Faculty of Electrical and Electronic Engineering building are listed below.
Weekdays
• The rear doors of the buildings open at 8:00 a.m. every morning.
• Classrooms and the rear doors of the buildings will close at 9:00 PM. After this time, all entry and exit must be made exclusively through the main entrance.
• Student study areas (Study Halls) designated by the departments, Research Laboratories, and lecture halls B08, BB06, and DB11 (amphitheaters) will remain open until 11:59 PM. No work will be permitted inside the building after this time.
Weekends
• On Saturdays and Sundays, entry and exit will be permitted only through the main entrance. The rear doors of the buildings will be closed.
• Students wishing to study on weekends between 9:00 a.m. and 11:59 p.m. must submit a request using the “FR-1261 Study Permit Form” every three months.
Note 1: During exams held in our building, entry is strictly prohibited for the duration of the exam due to exam security.
Note 2: The use of the building’s emergency entry and exit doors is prohibited except in cases of fire, earthquake, explosion, or other emergency and disaster situations.
Note 3: In accordance with the Regulation on Fire Protection of Buildings, the roof entrance door must be kept closed and locked at all times.
