Ulak Communication, an important player in the telecommunications and defense industry ecosystem, started to accept applications for the second wireless communication competition organized this year. Organized as a stakeholder of Teknofest, wireless communication engineers (Kim) will perform data transmission performances in the unlicensed spectrum using software -based radio devices. Competition; It allows participants to test data transmission capacities and software -based communication systems under challenging conditions.
During the competition, the mixer (Jammer) signals will circulate at certain periods and at predefined frequency intervals. Competitors are expected to successfully convey their data under this mixing effect. In addition, data transfer between the receiver and the transmitter located at a distance of 15 meters and a spectrum of 20 MHz bandwide spectrum will be allocated to the competitors.
Students of universities and institutes (undergraduate, graduate and doctorate) who are studying in Turkey or abroad can participate in the competition. The teams will consist of at least 2, up to 6 members and will undergo a three -stage reporting process: system requirement, preliminary design report and project detail report within the scope of the competition.

150 thousand TL to the first team in the final stage, 120 thousand TL to the second, the third 100 thousand TL will be given. In addition, a team will be presented with the "Best Team Spirit" award among the finalist teams. These awards are given to encourage innovative works in order to promote our country in the field of technology and to develop domestic-national solutions.
ULAK Communication aims to support the development of wireless communication technologies as Teknofest stakeholder and to provide important gains to our country in this field. Thanks to the competition, it is aimed to ensure that young engineers have the opportunity to exhibit their talents and to contribute to the development of domestic-national communication solutions.
