EHM9000 - Graduation Work Presentation Program

Dear Students,

Poster and oral presentations of the 2024 SPRING Term Graduation Course will be held on Thursday, June 6, 2024, according to the calendar announced on the department's website.

1-) POSTER PRESENTATIONS

Poster presentations will be carried out simultaneously and in coordination with all departments in the faculty and will be exhibited in the common use area at the entrance of the faculty building on Thursday, June 6, 2024, between 10:00 - 12:00.  Due to the limited number of panels allocated to our department, the first group will display their posters by hanging them on the boards between 10:00 - 11:15 and the second group between 11:30 - 12:45, according to the time and sequence numbers specified in the attached EHM9000 POSTER PRESENTATION PROGRAM.  During the exhibition period, all team members will be present in front of their posters and will introduce the project outputs to the jury members and other visitors through their posters.  The poster template was announced on the department website for May 16, 2024 and is also available for you to access in the attachment.  All project teams must prepare and print their posters following this template.

In the first part of the poster, the words YTU Electronics and Communication Engineering Department, the title of the study, the names of the team members, and the name of the advisor faculty member must be filled in.

  2-) ORAL PRESENTATIONS

Graduation Study oral presentations will be held on Thursday, June 6, 2024, between 13:00 – 16:00, at the hours and in the halls specified in the attached EHM9000 ORAL PRESENTATION PROGRAM.  All team members are required to participate in oral presentations and make oral presentations.  A 15-minute oral presentation, 5-minute question-answer and evaluation period is planned for each team.  Take these deadlines into consideration when preparing your presentations.  Oral presentations will start at the time specified in the program. To avoid any disruption, be ready in front of the hall where the presentation will be held 15 minutes before the start time.

IMPORTANT NOTES

1-) In order to prevent waste and increase savings, the Final Work final reports will not be collected in printed form.  Do not bring any printed reports to give to the Final Study committee and/or jury members.
